The two mannequin statues - one standing and the other sitting - are motionless dressed in classical clothing and placed in a metaphysical space. They represent Melpomene and Thalia, the Muses of tragedy and comedy.
This is Andrea Tagliapietra's tribute to Giorgio de Chirico and his metaphysical art.
Handmade by the maestro Tagliapietra in Murano, following the ancient Murano glass techniques.
