Murrina and gold frog
As a demonstration of the skill of the Murano glass masters, the frog is made by hand with the solid wood technique.
Besides enriching your collection of lucky frogs it can be used not only as a beautiful design element.
This frog is made of transparent glass in which surface are melted multicolored section of canna.
A 24 Kr gold leaf is applied, under heat, on the surface.
According to the tradition of glassmaking in Murano, no mould had been used to make this piece.
