Born in 1907, he died in 1975. Architect and urban designer, he worked with Giuiseppe Pagano on same halls for the 1928 International Exhibition in Turin. In 1928 - 1929 he designed the Gualino office building and, still in the same year, he designed the Sambuco shop for the S.A.I.A.R. Ferro Toso firm.
