Craquelé (or crakle) t is a type of glass produced in Murano starting from the XVI Century, featured by cracks obtained by cooling it down in the water. In this way the surface breaks as effect of the sudden cold, but the interior remains intact.
As to create it, the whole operation must be very rapid.
