The artistic glass factory FERRO & LAZZARINI is located in Murano.
Following the premature death of Eugenio Ferro in 1947, the glassfactory was managed by his young heirs. From thereon, Giovanni Lazzarini became more involved in the company’s activities and the name was therefore changed to FERRO & LAZZARINI S.R.L. As of 2001, FERRO & LAZZARINI S.R.L. is managed by Dario Ferro, one of Eugenio Ferro’s direct descendants.
The glass factory was founded on 18th August 1929 by Eugenio Ferro in partnership with Giovanni Lazzarini and was initially called FERRO EUGENIO & CO. Its first creations were artistic glass objects and Venetian chandeliers.

I received my purchase. I was told if there was an issue to send an email wuth photos to the address on the order # 2467. My email was returned undeliverable. What a shock!! What do I do?

They asked me for a photo. Can you please email a photo of it? They said they may be able to track it that way, in case the label came off of it.

On May 12, 2023, I visited your factory with Gate 1. I purchased a golden horse that was over one foot tall( not one of the smaller ones) and a small bird. Your package arrived while I was out of town. My neighbor retrieved the package and held it until my return, I opened it last night and was disappointed to find a glass tray, goblet and six glasses. The receipt in the package shows my correct order. How do you intend to resolve the problem?
