Son of Benvenuto, he was born in Murano in 1889 where he died in 1974.
In 1919 he joined as a partner the Vetreria Artistica Barovier & Co., and in 1926 he gained the direction position together with his brother Nicolò.
In 1936 he joined up with the Decio and Artemio Toso brothers to set up the Ferro Toso Barovier firm, that turned to Barovier - Toso & Co. in 1939 and later to Barovier & Toso in 1942.
He has been also the glasswork's art director until 1972.
