2. Products, Availability & Sale Price
All items described in our electronic store are intended for international sale to individual consumers. Each product description page shows the features and price of the item for sale. Shipping is calculated separately based on variables such as weight, type of service, and country of destination. According to Italian laws regarding Venice and the island of Murano, glassworks are closed during January and August, so it may happen that some items are temporarily out of stock. Please note that not all glass items in our store are in stock at the time of your order. Each item card shows availability, so if you want to be sure to have the item in a short time, please check that field, shown next to the price. Items that are not in stock must be handcrafted upon request and the estimated time we report may be approximate, however, we will be sure to keep you informed of the pocesso of execution.
Prices can be changed at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an order confirmation.
Transactions take place in Euros (EUR). When paying with different currencies, your bank or credit card issuer may charge exchange fees: check with your credit institution.
3. Quality guarantee
All our items are first choice, guaranteed "Authentic Murano Glass". Slight variations in thickness, width, height, color or minute air-bubbles are unavoidable as they are the proof and the characteristics of handmade glassware.

There can be import duties to the USA and to all other countries: please contact your local customs office to inquire about the possible duty rate. Any possible import duties for deliveries are paid by our customers at the delivery.
Goods over a certain value may be subject to customs duties. Upon arrival of the goods at the place defined by you, you could be required to pay for customs duties, import fees, and other taxes. All of these additional costs for customs clearance and import charges or fees must be borne by you since it does not fall within our sphere of control.
More information about the guidelines or customs charges will be provided by the customs office responsible for your area.

Shipping costs are not charged for purchases over Euro 40 for the areas of USA, Canada and Europe (EU)
For the remaining countries of the world, shipping is free for orders over Euro 1000.00, while for lower amounts a fee is charged that decreases as the order amount increases.
Shipping payment is charged in advance and processed with the order.
